1. Placing an Order

·        Can I modify or cancel my order? You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed. Please contact us immediately at info@kosmetize.co.uk with your order number and request. Once your order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible.

·        What shipping options do you offer? We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options within the UK and select international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

·        How can I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.

·        Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method. Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used cosmetic and skincare items.
