Refund Policy


At Kosmetize, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund and exchange policy:


Return and Exchange Eligibility:

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within the day of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used cosmetic and skincare items.


How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  • Email our customer service team at info@kosmetize.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.


Refund Process: If approved, your refund will be processed within seven business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.


Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
